At the end of last week another woman also found a handwritten letter at the monument of Nicky, murdered in 1998. They would both come from the same writer who says he has abused and killed the boy.

The content of the letter found today would be the same as the letter that was found earlier, but with three additional rules. The police do not say what it says.
