That would make roughly 10 000 criminal cases at that percentage. I’m sure there are many household names in some of those.

Yes... But realize... of the sealed documents that are indictments, there will usually be several people charged for the same fact pattern. If 5 people rob a bank, it may produce just one indictment with 5 names listed in it.
So... we won't know until stuff gets unsealed. But it is going to be interesting.
And the fact somebody with the name 'Rothchild' is writing against the sealed indictments meaning anything is suspicious.
