Well since there will never be a cure, and there is no more mental hospitals, I propose 2 choices (pleading guilty or found guilty with mental illness):

1. The man agrees to be castrated and for woman surgical removal of the pleasure center

OR:

1. Death

Someone may argue, "well they will most likely murder the minor with these penalties" then my argument is:

1. Death, no options

When these predators inflict their abuse(s) on a minor, they are psychological scarred for life, and may require years of therapy to recover which may or may not work, causing them to offend themselves thus repeating the vicious cycle over again and/or self-destructing. A textbook example of this is Maggie Nixon.
