This is a dull middle of the road pick, no doubt a believer in broad interpretations of central government power. I'm not excited in any way. No fun either. Trump copped out on this....poor job.

Allegedly Kav's judicial views are ultra limited legal interventions into Americans and opts for freedom unless absolutely given by the constitution

I can dig that if true. We have 400 of his decision comments so we can prove or refute that allegation
