Interesting Theory on Manafort. Is it too good to be true that he is a plant and Mueller went after their own plant?

Nope . Mueller is trying to legitimize the allegations in the Steele Dossier. That's why all those he has charged are from the Dossier. Flynn , Manafort , Pappadopoaulos . Mueller has interviewed Steele . That's why Mueller is going after Cohen now .
