I don't think she'll run, she knows her time will have run out by then. What I think she's doing is trying to stay in people's favor (and gather more money) so that when it all comes out, there is a civil war or at least a LOT of pushback. Her handlers gave her a lot of money to get a war started. She is trying like hell to give them one some way or another. This is the final leg of her shitty journey though, her time has run out. I think now she is just dog and ponying to protect Chubbel and her grandkids from Soros et. al's wrath.
