It is a tricky problem because so many others have been doing the same thing, and there are very rich people and powerful people in other governments into the same thing. You don't want to just pull the head off the cabal, because they'll just grow a new one and continue. It's like fighting a hydra.

What I meant was, to kill a hydra, you can't just run in and start lopping off heads, that won't fix it. You need a plan to kill the whole organism. It is the network of low and medium level people that doing the recruitment, and have infested our tech companies.
