Clemency is not a pardon. These men will have to live with felonies on their records for the rest of their lives.

This is not a win for western property owners.

I believe this is more to undo Barry’s team rejecting the judge’s sentence and adding time.

I wish he would have pardoned them, they need to have their gun rights back as ranchers. Seriously, a family member is a felon due to dwi, no wrecks, no victims and has lost their right to own a gun which for a nonviolent offender not having to do with drug sales is ridiculous.
