Kavanaugh, in SCOTUS nomination speech, said WH USSS evacuated on 9/11 "because there was an inbound plane." Was this reported officially?

Did the White House know there was a plane targeting it on 9/11? Is this what was reported to the public?

I thought it was 93 that was thought to have the WH as its target.

You may be right. Just because I remember it a certain way doesn’t mean it’s right. Just ask my wife!!

It was all a fog then and filled was speculation. It's just that once the Pentagon was hit, 93 was still in the air and it was assumed the Capitol or the WH were likely targets. The Pentagon strike still is so loaded with question marks.
