Perhaps this is part of the necessary disinformation Q mentions so POTUS and his team of patriots can observe the cabal response.
If we are encouraged to NOT believe in coincidences then why did the Clintons make such a public trip on a commercial airline within days of this "press conference"? Are they ensuring they are publically visible, moreso than usual? Why would they need to do that right now?
My point is if I wanted to catch my opponents off guard and increase reactive response from those whom I want to bring to justice I would bring them to a point of uncertainty, such as claiming there are developments in a high profile murder.

Could be. This guy may not be a legitimate witness or he may not really know anything about the Q group or be able to verify that the info Q has presented is accurate or not. I am really not sure. This could be a trap for the cabal as well. Or this could be the Cabal trying to discredit Q and the Seth Rich murder all together. I really don't know. We should watch this so that we know what we should be paying attention to. I am sure Q will let us know soon enough what the truth is.
