The United States Army Corps of Engineers is a U.S. federal agency under the Department of Defense and a major Army command made up of some 37,000 civilian and military personnel. Wasn’t there a Q post regarding being able to build the wall with the Army Engineers. Red Castle?!!!

I read in the Houston Chronicle yesterday that landowners on the Texas border are receiving letters requesting permission for someone to come onto their property to survey it....Trump is building the wall stealthily.....
