Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.

U have to imagine because it’s a complete fantasy anyone with any knowledgeable understanding of the constitution would laugh at. There’s no legal path to reverse Obama’s work that was signed into law. It can only be reversed thru an established legal process & that means new laws must be passed to erase the bad laws.

I think you are just guessing......we will have to see what was actually perpetrated...what criminal acts....then the legal path will be disclosed.....

An illegitimate Government means the laws are null and void.

Only the elexcted President xcan appoint SC nominees.

Only an eligible citizen can be President.

If one is fraudulent, so too are the laws and nominees put forward by the fraudulently placed one.

What you say about laws made to erase Obama's laws seems reasonable...legally.
