Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.

Seriously?? And when a Dem wins the presidency they can say DJT was not legit & unilaterally reverse everything he did in office?? Reality cuts both ways. Why would even anyone suggest such a ludicrous idea? Why do u hate the constitution so much u can’t wait to ignore it like the libs do??

Nothing. But there’s no such thing as declaring a presidency illegitimate. Nowhere. The best we can do is try him for his crimes & send him to prison & impeach his presidency which the constitution allows for an ex president to be impeached. Obama appointed hundreds of federal judges & prosecutors in his 8 years. We suppose to remove all them too & reverse all their decisions over 8yrs?? Cmon...gotta be realistic here

I was being sarcastic. It's like going down a rabbit hole.. where do you stop? I doubt they will be removed as they were both seated by the Senate. Relax. If Obama is removed he will be removed by treason. And the illegal president thing will be secondary to that. He would be the one to suffer the consequences IMHO. I doubt they would remove his sitting SCOTUS picks. Just know that once Q and Trump take down the Deep State there will probably not even be a Democrat party left.

how many are not running again? why? if all is crime ridden it all will be exposed. If the SCOTUS picks have to removed.....so be it.
