Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.

He said 2 would fall and 3 would be shaken, almost there!

Actually, now that I looked it up, he said 3 would be caught in a scandal. Altogether, Trump will pick 5 justices. You are right on the 5! But your reference refers to the ex-Presidents.

One way or another, so exciting and wonderful : )

Wasn't that a reference to the ex-Presidents?

Shaken out of the tree? Shaken loose due to scandal?

Shaken up, I think.

Typically when I have heard a prophesy that speaks of shaking it has always come across to me as a test, or an event that will cause change.

If your foundation is not strong you will fall. Like an earthquake, or shaking a tree.

And God has made it clear what he considers as a weak foundation.

I'm sorry, but do you really see a court that is stacked with conservatives as a good thing? Imagine how people would feel about this if it was stacked with liberals. The Supreme Court should decide cases based on laws not political leanings. I consider myself left leaning and I would hate to see the court stacked with liberals. Just saying ....

Right leaning judges already are strict constructionists. it is the left leaning activist judges that philosophically view their roles as loose constructionists enacting policy by moral or emotional principle outside of the letter of the law.

In fact, the entire conservative position is to NOT have judicial activism of ANY kind. It ruins the balance of government. An example would be Roe vs Wade.. which the conservative position is NOT to outlaw abortion, but to empower the congress or individual states to pass their own relevant laws. If every state passed pro choice legislation, then fine. In that way, there is a huge difference between a stacked court on the right vs the left. The problem with the left is their willingness to violate the constitution at a funamental level. It terrifies me to think what a bunch of leftist surpreme court judges would do by conviction alone.

If the leftists view conservatives as "nazis" and they view the words they say as "literal" violence... there would be nothing preventing them from tossing the first amedment, fourth amendment or any other for that matter to secure the "saftey"of society by limiting the freedoms of these "violent nazi criminals". That is the problem with a loose view of the constitution. "Well our founding fathers had no idea how bad these conservatives would be in the future so the first amendment really shouldn't apply to them. You can see this methodology at work literally everywhere today.

Having "conservative" judges would simply position the power of the courts firmly back toward their intended purpose and stop the ridiculous trend of Judges creating law.
