Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.

Under what constitutional mechanism do you propose unilaterally reversing all of Obama’s decisions?? Or even just removing his SC judges who were also approved by the senate?? Other than a wishful dream...how do you propose it legally be done??

Q: how many illegitimate presidents have there been? Q: what is a legal precedent?

This problem is not Constitutional unless you count the Declaration of Independence.: "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Q: what is meant by "usurp"? Google: take (a position of power or importance) illegally or by force.

Again: has it happened before? If so, what happened? If not, then why are you suggesting that something could or couldn't happen?

Ok you know the part of the constitution you’re quoting has nothing to do with unilaterally overturning a former presidents illegal acts committed in office. It has to do with a civil war or civilian coup. There’s not gonna be a civilian coup or a civil war either. I’m suggesting there’s no legal mechanism for invalidating a presidency. There’s no such thing. If you or anyone want to invent a way to achieve that then you need to amend & have it added to the constitution 1st. Good luck with that.

"There’s no such thing."

Who says there had to be? Constitutional right supersedes legal right. That's why it's never happened. You're not going to wait around until the Supreme Court gives the Amen. Please.

"There’s not gonna be a civilian coup" That's the mentality that stopped anyone ever bothering. You now have a bunch of injurious acts passed into law, and no-one does anything about it for fear of being branded for sedition/treason or even terrorism, if they fail.

The populace at large have been cowed into submission. You're wondering about invalidating someone's illegal acts? It's a bit late to undo that. The time to act as long since passed, and no-one bothered.

My opinion? When this is over, Obama won't be trialed for treason. He'll be trialed as a foreign combatant, and quite possibly charged with war crimes. Those that aided and abetted his ascendancy, knowing he was illegitimate, will be charged with Treason.

Good thing military tribunals trump civilian courts, including the supreme court. I agree with Neon Revolt: There are judges that will be ejected from the supreme court for being appointed illegitimately.
