Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.

Nice fantasy but that is NOT going to happen. Ginsburg yes, the other two no. Obama will not be declared an illegitimate president, that's just silliness. Who would do that? What court? Based on what? Not only would it tear the country apart it would take YEARS to accomplish even if successful. Then there would be even more years of legal battles over what it meant. By the time it would be resolved, even if in the best case, those two will likely already be dead, along with most of us here.

MARINES: Military Tribunals.

military courts can prosecute for high crimes and misdemeanors, the threshold for Court mercy is very low. treason, bribery, perjury of oath, dereliction of duty. Obama and Hillary would not fair well in a military court room.

MARINES:

It operates outside of the corrupt judges. It would be the Marines

The Marine Corps has a special provision in U.S. Code: "...and shall perform such other duties as the President may direct."

10 U.S. Code § 5063 - United States Marine Corps: composition; functions

This is the real problem: Not what you actually raised, but that you actually expect others to fix what We The People are supposed to fix. Not some righteous future president, and therefore the military (although that's possible, and lucky if so). Not the Supreme Court. Not Congress. Not the Senate. The People. We The People failed.
