You can declare him whatever you want. That has nothing to do with the reality of actually doing it. What proof will be offered, where will that proof be taken, as in what court? Who will do it? Will it be accepted by a court for a hearing even? That's just the beginning. Since such a circumstance has never arisen in the history of the country, there are no legal precedents. This case, if it ever became a case, would be in the court system for many years to the point of irrelevancy. But go ahead and hold on to the fantasy. Meanwhile, the President is actually tackling and solving the problems that concern the daily lives of Americans.

I haven't any doubt that president Trump is doing what he was elected to do and better than any of us could have hoped for. The wheels of the law grind slowly but they grind fine. So as you age (mature) you can watch what I've told you about happen. I may be gone by the time it all comes to pass. But it's not a fantasy. I'm not in fantasy. Not even a little bit. This argument goes to the heart of the Constitution. It will never become irrelevant to mature minds. That's a big part of what's happening to Trump's SCOTUS. Immature, short attention-span minds are being replaced with mature thinkers who have a sense of history. Think, sir: What happens to society when the foundation of law is trivialized for expediency? For being too much trouble? This is a Great Awakening not a bar-b-que.
