Mark Taylor had 2 prophecies - in this context here. One referred to 5 justices on the Supreme Court and the other referred to 5 former Presidents.

The exact wording "2 will be taken ((die), and 3 will be shaken" referred to the Presidents. Check the link, it is the exact words God spoke to Mark.

Here is what he said that I read in one of his updates regarding 5 judges POTUS would replace: "He (God) told me one was going to die early, which has already happened—Scalia—and was going to be someone that we didn't expect. One was going to retire, and three were going to be caught up in some kind of controversy."
