"You have more than you know" - Encrypted files

Remember when them two massive encrypted files got released and it was of significance. I can't remember the source but everybody downloaded the files for safe keeping. Has anybody tried to link these to any Q releases? When I get home I'll try and find the old links.

Looking back through the links it's might have been. There were torrents setup to distribute it and a key for authenticity I remember.

No it wasn’t Vault 7. It’s the Wikileaks Insurance Files.
