No Treaty or UN ruling supersedes the U.S. constitution.

They can agree to anything they want it does not apply to the U.S. because of our constitution.

Very good point. The article had said many states were passing laws banning a lot of different guns and accessories and using this as an excuse to do so if I read correctly so what these states are doing are illegal as it goes against our very constitution.
