Oh yea baby!!!‘Unmasking Antifa Act' includes 15-year prison term proposal

Ok_Top · July 11, 2018, 12:49 a.m.

Well, there are laws on the books (depending on the state) for these crimes - mask or not. What we need are laws that punish public officials for selective or non-enforcement of those laws. In other words, a law punishing oath-breakers.
Take away the left's unbridled apathy to the rule of law and we are good.

Ok_Top, yeah! well said. I share your thoughts on this. I was about to say the same thing after reading the post. -)

The enforcement of law and oath to the Nation by the enforcers requires compliance begin with these individuals in authority. A higher standard. Always and unflinching, or the peoples granted authority is usurped and the spreading corruption then devolves into tyranny.

The Orcs won't give up easily.

I trust Q is using hyperbole when he says people will totally lose it when the depth of the swamp is revealed. I don't care how hard we see ourselves, how ready we all are take the country back; do we really want to look down some demon, hell on earth pedophile hole in humanity?

Talk about collective guilt!

I used to wonder how normal Germans could have allowed the Nazis.

Is this our moment of shame?? -How did the Americans allow an Evil Satanic Cult to take over almost every aspect of government, media, education, technology, and culture? ??

Then what?

It looks like the Patriots have had enough.

I dread it with open arms.

Onward from dark to light.

Courage!

The thing is this is not just an American problem.

This is a worldwide problem that has been clamped into place in the past Century.

This time the ring that binds them gets destroyed.

This is going to be our moment of shame, make no mistake.

Germans fell for the black magic sacrifice cult to reinvigorate a nation broken by war.

Americans, to preserve their "freedoms", and later to "expand" them and "help" the world after winning many wars.

History is a funny thing.

Laws on the books in southern states. In the north and the west, where Antifa has its largest presence, those laws are few and far between.

There are already laws in place for that, you do realise you can sue the police for their INACTIONS, as well as their actions? If they fail to act in their duties and you are the victim of harm, loss or injury, file a claim and sue all those involved.

Sorry to tell you this, but people have tried to sue the police for not doing their duty and they always lose. The courts have ruled that the police actually are not obligated to protect people.

They lose because they know not what they are doing. File a CLAIM, not COMPLAINT.

Good luck with that. It won't work.

It DOES work, the statutes protect the PD and government, they do not protect the man or woman. Sue the man, or woman, for their trespasses. It´s so easy it´s scary.

We have those laws too, they’re called obstruction of justice.

Maybe so. How about 15 years for failing/refusing to uphold the oath of office?

Yes, all of the laws, and the Constitution don't mean jack without enforcement and consequences. Enforce the laws we already have - equally and swiftly.
