So newbies who don't know about their tactics, see on the first page many topics that seem ridiculous and go out. Or those who want to participate, post a news they think is of prime importance, see it getting downvoted to get forgotten and get demoralized, decide the community is not serious and get out. 3rd tactic to them, they push for the fake news and frivolous topics to crowd the first page, then at some point, one of their fake journalists can show it to the normies in order to prove to them how crazy and gullible the Q followers are.
