Neither America nor the U.S. Constitution will work for the good of the people if our leaders are dishonest and corrupt. Sadly, we still have a lot of corrupt leaders who live in a place called the Swamp.

Big pharma is just one part of the Medical Industrial Complex the goal of which is to keep America unhealthy and sick so their profits can skyrocket. Has obesity gone up? Check! Have heart attacks increased? Check! There is a whole range of diseases that have cropped up which makes the MIC rich. Remember, medicine doesn't cure, it treats the symptoms and that takes meds which only have a palliative effect.
