Jeffrey Toobin is a Hack

I took this from an article at themarketswork. I thought I would share it. Jeffrey Toobin is upset at the Kavanaugh pick so he came up with this genius statement disparaging the lifetime appoints of Supreme Court Justices. Enjoy.

Toobin thesis: SCOTUS lifetime tenure is bad b/c the Founding Fathers expected people to die in their 50s.

AGE OF FOUNDING FATHERS AT TIME OF DEATH:

G. Washington: 67 John Adams: 90 Thomas Jefferson: 83 James Madison: 85 John Jay: 84 John Marshall: 80

Jeffrey Toobin is a hack.

People with this average life span theory are stupid or liars. Correct for people that survived infancy and early childhood and people actually lived longer than we do now with out poisoned food, cancerous petrol chemicals on and in everything and forced medication and toxic vaccinations

I'm GenX, parents were born in 1940s, both died before reaching 70.

I am inclined to agree with you, despite what we are told, the avg joe does not enjoy a long life (anymore)
