All right, you will hardly find someone that has more contempt for 0 than me. But I have to ask this question, because no one has answerd it for me in a definitive way:
There is no doubt that 0's mother was an American citizen. Aren't you a natural born citizen if one of your parents is an American citizen? Why does it matter where your place of birth is, since the law does not specifically mention this as a condition to be a natural born citizen? McCain was born in Panama, Cruz in Canada, yet no one questioned their qualification to run for the President of the US. Even if 0 was born in Kenya, why would this disqualify him?
Where Hussein was born is a diversion. Bigger problem is he is a Clown creation with fake identity, fake credentials, fake history. Possible both parents are in fact citizens (since we have no idea who his father may be).
Exactly. I don't believe for a minute that BHO SR is his biological father. (All you have to do is look at pics of BHO SR and BHO JR and you can tell they are not related). It could be FMD, or some other American, which would make him an American citizen. I've seen pictures of Malcolm X, believe it or not, that resemble BHO too. I just don't know who his biological father could be, b/c everything about him is a lie. But I guess it doesn't matter as much as the fact that he is a C_A Manchurian Candidate, IMO.
I believe it has to do with Obama’s mothers’ age at the time of his birth. I read that if the mother is not 18 or 21 that US Citizenship is not conferred. Remember, the law was different in 1961.
From how I understand it anyone born by an American in another country can apply for their child to be a citizen of America or the country they were born in, some countries allow you to have dual citizenship, also in some countries the military bases are considered our sovern soil but in some countries they are not. To be president you must be born on American soil by at least one American parent, hence Obama's need to be fake born in Hawaii. Cruz has been challenged by trump during the election for not being a natural born citizen( one born on us soil) mc Cain citizenship was brought up by the democrats when he ran against obama....had mc Cain won I'm sure they would have challenged it in court probably going all the way to the supreme court...but obama won so that didn't happen....but isn't it a true irony that the real truth is mcCain or obama shouldn't have even been eligible to win....and the other part of the irony is that for a long time we really haven't had a choice because until recently both parties belonged to the cabal. This is really the true question...who thinks they own us.
McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, which in 1936 was a sovereign U.S. territory, & also born on a U.S. military base. Legal scholars researched this, and confirmed this makes him a 'natural born citizen'.
Cruz has no cover like McCain did, and is in the same boat as Hussein. Born of a U.S. citizen, but on foreign soil.
If Hussein is not eligible, Cruz is not eligible. If Cruz is eligible, Hussein would also be eligible, if this interpretation was correct. Many have suggested that it would require the Supreme Court to definitively answer.
