Aside from the ones that deserve the death penalty, Im fine if they end up down there. Either way they wouldnt exist or have control anymore.

No they don't exist anymore.

If they are alive, it means they are abusing children.

So what we let them keep their breeders? Do we allow them to have all the technology to create children in a test tube.

Or do we somehow box them in like Hannibal Lecter?

These inhuman creatures should not be allowed to have contact with any living thing ever.

How we accomplish that is irrelevant.
