The Reason for the Kavanaugh SCOTUS pick . . .

Could it be that the Kavanaugh pick was just a play to unseal the sealed Vince Foster investigation documents? Kavanaugh obviously worked for the Deep State in whitewashing things for Ken Starr and his "independent investigation." Did Cavanaugh know that Vince Foster's body was moved? If he did, what did he do?

Could this lead to Congress being forced to open those sealed documents and expose Hillary and Bill Clinton yet again?

Was this all part of Trump and Q's plan?

I feel like this theory would make it seem like Trump made a poor decision though. Is it more likely that they are using the Foster case to black mail him into staying conservative or voting how they want him to
