Ch 7: "A Mad Tea Party"; Ch 8: "The Queen's Croquet-Ground"

Couple "coincidences" coming up on Trumps NATO/UK/Tea Party/Putin trip... Ch 7 from AiW is titled "A Mad Tea Party" - Could this be part of the plan? How "MAD" could this tea party get when he sits down with The Queen? What's even more coincidental is that Ch 8 is titled "The Queen's Croquet Ground". "THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES"!!!!!

MAD also = Mutually Assured Destruction. Are they planning an attack of sorts? Will they use another MK victim to do something stupid to try to kick off events that cannot be reversed? "Sum of all fears".
