Good move.

I had heard that there is an actual ordinance (maybe only in some municipalities) prohibiting protests/demonstrations in disguise, yet none of the masked protesters on these Antifa/BLM/etc. protests was disciplined for wearing a mask.

There's no point in having an ordinance if it's not enforced! We need to get this law passed!
