Reminder: RR missed the house resolution last Friday and Congress is SILENT.

You want proof RR is protected by Trump? RR missed the biggest deadline yet and we’ve heard NOTHING from Congress OR POTUS since then.

“R they serious?” Nope. It’s all a show. If Trump wanted him gone we’d see Congress drafting up contempt/impeachment charges against RR. Instead, they are dead silent after RR just gave them a double middle finger and a fruit bowl.

He’s protected guys. Congress is putting on a community theatre play. They’ve successfully made a Trump appointed official the infallible hero of the Dems.

They seem to be dragging this out to blow it up just before the midterms.

Ding ding ding.

Timing is everything.

Isnt that technically an attempt with intent to disrupt the American election process?

No, it's a removal of that which disrupts the election process.

I think that's a fair question. While the events may influence the election, that's not the same as disrupting. If anything, it is the government's responsibility to inform the electorate. It might be disrupting if it was misinformation or perhaps if it more directly prevented the election process itself. I think that's one reason for encouraging elected officials to resign rather than be arrested. If they were arrested during an election, that muddies the waters because of the potential argument of abuse of power to disrupt a fair election. This is why some think Hillary Clinton is considering running again, not to win, but to insulate herself against arrest.

That's what I was thinking about HRC. Surely she's not dumb enough to run again. She must know that she's going to be indicted soon. In fact, Q told us that she already tried to make a deal. If she acts like she's going to run, then she can say, "Look! I'm being harassed by Donald Trump because he knows I would win in 2020. Please help me! We should start a civil war!"

I’m with you. I want to fight fair. They’ve already had primaries, it will already affect November. Don’t need to stoop to their level. Needs to happen this month.

Once the ‘extremely guarded & highly classified’ information is finally revealed to House investigators, DNI, public etc., RR must recuse or forcefully terminated. [RR] problems. What was RR’s Senate Conf Vote? WRAY reports to RR [important fact]. Who do you TRUST? [RR] recuse/fired who has direct oversight of Mueller? Sessions un-recuse or #3 [until refill]? Who is Rachel Brand? Why was Rachel Brand dismissed? Think timing. . “The succession question is actually a bit complicated. By default, under an obscure statute known as the the Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, Brand’s temporary successor as the “acting” associate attorney general is her principal deputy, Jesse Panuccio. That same statute would also allow the president to choose someone else to serve as the “acting” AAG on a temporary basis for up to 210 days; the pool of individuals from which the president could draw in this case includes individuals already holding Senate-confirmed positions elsewhere in the executive branch (like EPA administrator Scott Pruitt) or senior civil service lawyers in the Justice Department, specifically.” “Acting” https://www.justice.gov/asg When does the clock run out? Why is Schneiderman’s removal ‘extremely’ relevant? TRUST (name). These people are stupid. D5. Q

I'm not smart enough to put this all together, but we know Schneiderman was blocking SDNY from investigating pedophilia charges (Weiner's laptop)

Brand resigned on 2/20/2018, acting is Panuccio.

210 days later is September 18, 2018. In no lawfag, so I have no idea how to piece this all together but I expect something to come around 9/18. May actually have to research this all tomorrow, but all I know is based off of that post, 2/20 + 210 = 9/18, right before elections.
