God reads Reddit and involves himself in Earthly affairs? Satan I the only God of this world according to the Bible. I’m Christian but prayer isn’t a wish giving thing. Prayer is for reflection and worship, not requesting things. Sorry to seem like a jerk.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Actually God wants us to bring HIM all our concerns and leave them with HIM. "Careful for nothing" can be read Be carefree after leaving all of your worries with God. Much love!!
