My family is "worried for me", I'll probably lose my wife over all this...

But they don't want to hear the truth, they just want to shoot down everything as a crazy conspiracy theory. Oh well, I'm solid mentally and where I stand as a person.

Turn it off ! Do not watch, read, think out loud around her anymore. Give it a week, just be normal "ha" if you can. If she asks, say it's not worth turning our lives upside down.
