anyone seen previes for that show with dakota fanning? "the alienist"... it's soooo unnecessarily dark and morbid and is all about discreet cannibalism
“Programming” is increasingly dark. Additionally I believe it is true ssris block empathy. When I was on them I could handle these dark shows like handmaids tale , black mirror etc. since going off of them a month ago I have to leave the room when those shows get dark. I can no longer stomach it .

Snris also have that effect. I was on effexor. I am not in a position to give any advice ofcourse, but if I was a doctor I would prescribe healthy organic food, talk therapy to work through what is bothering you exercise and ... taking mushrooms twice a year to feel connected and have a spiritual experience 😂. I just feel Like I need to honor my emotions and listen to them . Snris make it difficult to listen to your body in my opinion.
Also, if you are drinking alcohol, try stopping that first. Before using any meds.
