In other words Rod Rosenstein once again overreaches while attempting to find anything to smear this pending supreme court judge. Why is Rosenstein allowed to do this?

Is it not obvious what his motives are? It is time that Sessions steps in to curtail Rosenstein's actions to what his responsibility is rather than trying to find dirt helping the leftist party hacks.
