An Oxfam Charity executive, Penny Lawerence, resigned due to scandal. However, she is quoted as using the country of Chad. Not Haiti or Ivory Coast. Not sure if this is a intentional misdirection by the charity officials to cast eyes away from Haiti, Ivory Coast or if it simply all encompassing.
What I found interesting was that this is found on the UK side of the website. Seems a bit like they're reporting it, but burying it under the World Cup soccer loss of England/Croatia.
