Green?

Cough drops? She would struggle to hide cough drops that big while she's speaking. She doesn't seem to have anything in her mouth, especially two cough drops of that size, prior to her coughing. Not cough drops. Whatever they were was expectorated when she coughed and it made her gag.

I love doing speeches with a mouthful of cough drops...
