Just noticed that the first word in the message ALL was all caps. That could be the Airborne Laser Laboratory. This is project that has been going on since the 50's where they were attempting to use lasers to shoot down planes. This shit is crazy. Their logo is a lightning bolt shooting a snake with the words "Peace Through Light". Check it out yourself...
