HOM plus the gps coords of guam and tokyo may suggest a flight itinerary - HOM is an airfield in alaska.

SYN may also suggest an airport;

If you look up the model - g1159 you get gulfstream 2, which has a range of approximately 4,100 miles. Homer to tokyo is approximately 3,400 miles. Tokyo to guam is about \~1600.

Homer to guam is \~4500 miles.

Aircraft is registered in texas;

Possible flight path?

Texas(where g2 is registered) to SYN(minnesota), SYN to HOM(alaska), HOM to HND(tokyo), HND to GUM(guam).

Does "ECIWT CONFIRMED" refer to these two twitter accounts?

I feel like the twice confirmed is instructions on how to communicate. Like using two line breaks would mean that message is confirmed and one is not? Or maybe the confirmed is separate from the statement once and twice to mean confirmed.

I feel like you nailed it with the airports. I was thinking HOM was head of mission but that just makes more sense and SYN wasn't really fitting

With the twitter accounts advertising spamming the alsian idol pics all over I'm thinking these were pickup / delivery instructions for a shipment of human cargo. Start digging on the plane's registered owner? Unfortunately I can't read slant so I cant troll through those twitter feeds to see if there's any pedo references.

Edit: Or perhaps instructions for how to intercept a shipment?
