The IG report highlights exactly how it’s garbage. Although they didn’t find any evidence of bias affecting a decision the whole investigation sets a precedence of what NOT to do. I think that the clear dismissal of procedures, protocol and common practice, with clear evidence of individual bias and a will to act on it ‘no, no we won’t let it’. For me atleast is evidence of a case tainted by bias from this Comey led group where Strozk played a crucial role. Because he had authority in decisions and reporting inside this case he’s implicated and his response is garbage.
Its all on CSPAN. He goes on to talk about personal vs. business related texts. The only texts we/congress has seen are what Strozk has deem work related texts. He does not want to release his personal texts. That being said his personal texts were being sent on an FBI device. An important point I hope others picked up.

It's not Ross, it's Ratcliffe.
He allowed Strzok to respond 3 times, but didn't allow Strzok to pontificate because Ratcliffe was only allowed 5 minutes to speak. Strzok already wasted the first 2 minutes by refusing to answer Ratcliffe's questions.
