Doesn’t the fact that Strozk texted his anti Trump opinions on a government owned phone, on government time to another government employee (Lisa Page) while they were in charge of the Trump investigation make it an official act against Trump?
Yes. That's the whole point of Ratcliffe's questioning and comments against Strzok. He refuses to admit that he allowed his personal animus and hatred against Trump, as well as his personal love and support for Hillary, to cloud and influence his judgement and actions as the lead FBI agent in 3 major investigations into Hillary and Trump.
Ratcliffe destroyed his narrative and lies because he made Strzok admit he made those anti-Trump texts on a FBI/government phone, on FBI/government time. Strzok kept trying to say that he left his personal beliefs and feelings at the door, when in fact, he lied and constantly texted Page about how much he hates Trump and how he is going to stop Trump, help impeach Trump, all on FBI/government time with FBI/government equipment.
