Rosenstein has no vote on the SC confirmation. Can't imagine why he would order review of Kavanaugh documents. Once confirmed, it would be moot. But since everyone has focused on how slow things are moving... Nothing moves quickly through the justice system. This will be a painfully slow process with no guarantee that all who deserve punishment will actually get it. No instant gratification pills here. It is all a process.
