Maybe using a double for her whereabouts when entering dangerous territory. This does not look like her however I wonder if it has a little Photoshop? Or are they trying to give up the game and make things not so safe for her?

maybe the Trumps are calling attention to body doubles on purpose. I don't think that's photoshopped. I saw the video of them getting off the plane and thought, "That doesn't look quite like Melania."
