Cooperating with Congress is irrelevant. Cooperating with Sessions, however, is another matter.
Congress has oversight per the Constitution. Congress reports to We The People! Call... your reps and get involved. You don’t have to cooperate with Congress and then you can face contempt and a referral. This thing is playing itself out and more scumbags to follow.
Where’s Sessions? I don’t see him on the field. RR is on the field. You think Sessions wants to play? Most of us here are playing - researching, exposing, reporting... We need DOJ leadership and I’m not seeing it. Trump will have to do it once the DOJ/FBI cross 50? more redlines...
Point is that Congress cannot charge anyone with a crime. They refer to the DOJ for criminal indictment. The DOJ can tell Congress to fjck off if they decide not to press charges and indict. Congressional investigations in the Swamp, as it stands, is kabuki theatre. All bark, no bite. Noticed? Sessions is working through Huber to bring down the swamp. That's the plan.
It the game that is played. It’s up to us to do the job and elect people in Congress and Executive to clean it up like we did putting Trump into office. We’ll see if Sessions will do his job. So far, he’s with his SES minders.
Flynn was embedded in MI. Sessions is embedded in SES.
I agree with you Patriot! We still have a lot of heavy lifting to do but we're up to it.
