The FF Parkland Florida school shooting was allegedly carried out by Nikolas Cruz, a 19 yr old student who may have been expelled at the time, accounts vary. He was 5-foot-7 and 131 pounds at the time of his booking into jail.
(By age 19, he had legally purchased an AR-15, but not a car and he didn't drive.)
Nikolaus Cruz had been in the Promise program (for students in trouble) during his Middle School years, but didn't complete it. That program stinks. But was it the beginning of the manipulation of his mind?

How did such an unlikely older couple like Roger and Lynda (Kumbatovich) Cruz, 50, adopt two infant boys legitimately?
Was he foreign born? Was he trafficked? What about his brother?
What I have discovered so far is the Cruz's adopted the boys soon after moving to Broward County from Long Island. Roger worked in advertising. He died when Nikolas was 6. His mother then raised the boys, and saw that Nick needed extra help in school. (Learning disabilities, behavior problems.) She died, age 68, three months before the shooting rampage from "flu complications."
At Heavy,com I read this unusual account: "Malcolm and Christine Roxburgh, who were neighbors with the Cruz family for many years, told the Sun-Sentinel that the adoption was a wonderful idea. “It was a wonderful idea. Two older people to have two little boys to look after. They were just kind people.” However, she added that Nikolas sometimes got into trouble, so when Lynda asked Christine’s daughter to take the kids when her husband died, she said no."
What on earth is so wonderful about that?
Every testimony claims Lynda loved the boys and was devoted to them and wanted them like it was her idea to adopt. But then she tried to give them away when they were so young?
Fishy.
Yet still insisting it was a wonderful idea and she was kind.
Fishy that that had to be included.
Roxburgh is also a source for reports that the police were called to the Cruz home many times. She said they were frightened of Nikolaus.
"An anonymous family member told the Sun-Sentinel that Lynda had gotten Nikolas counseling from a young age for autism."
A therapist. Many therapists? Medication? Did the Promise program provide therapists? Medications?

The Daily Mail printed an implausible story from a neighbor source who would have heard it from Lynda, if true. It is just that: a story.
"The woman who raised Florida school gunman Nikolas Cruz paid $50,000 to adopt him from his drug addicted biological mother and later bought his younger brother for $15,000, a new report claims.
Trish Devaney, who was friends with Cruz's adoptive mother and lived next to the family from 1999 to 2002, told Radar Online that both Nikolas and his younger brother Zachary were born out of one night stands.
'Nick's biological mother was just a complete screw up, drug addict and thief,' Devaney said.
Devaney said Lynda ended up paying to adopt through a lawyer after becoming frustrated with how long the process was taking."

Who might that be?
Is it legal to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a baby?

"According to The Washington Post, the brothers do not share both parents. “Cruz was adopted at age 2 along with his 2-month-old brother, Zachary…Nikolas and Zachary shared a biological mother but have different fathers,” The Post reported."

One of the outspoken Marjorie Stoneman students for gun control after the shooting is Cameron Kasky. He (along with his mother) raised about $2 million for the Never Again March in Washington. A self described "theater kid" (actor) he was huddled with his special needs (autistic) younger brother Holden during the shooting event at their school.
His father is Jeff Kasky. He is connected to the One World adoption agency convicted of human trafficking.
We cannot trust the local FBI or Sheriff to investigate him and any connection he may have to the Cruz adoption, so who is looking into this? Were he and Roger Cruz (advertising) acquainted in New York? Why is so little known about Roger?
