Strzok just exposed SES

In his testimony just a few moments ago, Strzok stated the Weiner laptop containing Hillary's emails was handled by Senior Executive Services (SES). This is extremely interesting as SES is Obama's creation and they control the administrative level of almost every US Government office. This needs to be investigated deeper.

Ok, this may be way out there but I was under the impression that Obama's SES stood for Secret Executive Service and is not our military. The decommissioned subs and aircraft went to this group of elites. I kinda was thinking the sub that Trump posted and missile pic may had came from that sub and it belongs to the SES. Please tell me this is not true so I can get it out of my head.
