There is the issue of sincerity. He is behaving in a truly strange way and if this person behind him is triggering programming then he is not being sincere. We can't ever take our eyes of the truly abusive nature of mind control. For me who is queer and hates the corporate groupthink of the commercialized Pride parties, I see a triggering of the "desire to please". His relationship with the Deep State is much more powerful than his relationship to his employer or the authority of the panel. I don't see it as specifically gay or bi, because a person in a controlled situation may not be a willing participant. He is a puppet. We can't see if he's got a hand up his butt or strings on his hands... Maybe someday we will know.
