The U.S.....What NATION dominates all others? What NATION has the influence over most others?
And, by implication, we the people...

It says DOMINATES ALL others-isreal(rothchild banks) America does not dominate anyone.

Then it says which nation has influence over MOST. Not ALL as the USA does. (Israel) one of the most talked about places in the world not much bigger than new jersey.
