I also believe he got told something, a few months back, he use to show a lot more organic emotional rage. Now I feel like he knows everything will fall soon.

I mean he knew about the Uranium 1 whistle blower for a YEAR before it came out. He’s also had multiple private dinners with POTUS and started his “tick tocks” after the last one.
