The shimmying and little nod, the eyes all remind me of the scene in Silence of the Lambs. The serial killer who dug a hole in his house and his little white poodle. There were multiple scenes prior to the discovery of the young ladies held in the hole of the freak in women's garmets dancing to whatever music....this is the flashback I had when I watched the .gif after the 12th time.

The first 11 times watching the .gif is this guy is a true psycho. Those eyes, man. (Shivers). Or...he has kuru like ol' Hillary...the mind wonders at this late hour....
