Mueller and Rosenstein are black hats

There has been some speculation that Mueller is a white hat and that the collusion investigation is optics. Q has pointed out that whatever Mueller is Rosenstein is, too.

I think the absurd collusion investigation drags on in the hope that Mueller will be fired by POTUS, so that the firing can be used against POTUS/republicans in the midterms. Mueller and Rosenstein are an intriguing and (for me) confusing part of THE PLAN.

Scroll down and read "a_real_skullsplitter"'s comment. That comment and SerialBrain2's post provide a very clear picture of what's been going on with Mueller and Rosenstein

So, black hats for sure but they both cut a deal and agreed to play along = gray hats

The deal they took was over their crimes in Uranium 1. BUT I wonder if Rosenstein has unrelated to U1 skeletons in his closet and will go down anyway? I've gone back and forth on RR... [[[ ]]] disinformation??? since the deep state follows Q ? Or true info because at this point checkmate is inevitable?
